Biography:

Surama Suarez grew up in Miami, Florida and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Barry University in Miami Shores. Ms. Suarez worked full-time as a legal assistant and paralegal while she worked toward her B.S. Ms. Suarez earned her J.D. cum laude from The Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. At The Washington College of Law Ms. Suarez was accepted to the International Human Rights Law Clinic were she worked as a student attorney representing clients alleging violations of human rights before international and domestic judicial bodies.

Ms. Suarez has focused her practice primarily on defense litigation in the areas of Insurance Defense; Negligent Security; Premises Liability; Products Liability; Wrongful Death; Motor Vehicle Warranty And Lemon Law Litigation and Arbitration; and General Liability Defense. Ms. Suarez also participates in the Lawyers for Children America program and provides pro bono representation to children who are in the dependency system due to neglect or abuse.
