Biography:

Michelle Sanchez began working at Angones, McClure and Garcia as a law clerk in January 2007, during her first year of law school. Ms. Sanchez graduated with honors from Florida International University, College of Law, in 2009, ranking number one in her class. During her law school career, she earned the position of Articles Editor of FIU Law Review, clerk of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, and was a member of the Cuban American Law Society and the National Scholars Honor Society.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ms. Sanchez is fluent in Spanish. Prior to attending law school, she worked in marketing for three years. Ms. Sanchez earned her Bachelor's degreein Business Administration from Florida International University in 2004, dual majoring in Marketing and Management Information Systems. While at FIU, she was treasurer of her sorority Phi Mu Fraternity and a member of the Society of Collegiate Scholars. Ms. Sanchez attended high school at Miami Christian School and graduated as salutatorian of her class in 2000.

Ms. Sanchez worked for the firm throughout her law school years. While working as a law clerk, Ms. Sanchez assisted the partners and associates in drafting legal documents, researching law, and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. Upon admission to the Bar, she was asked to join the firm as an associate. Ms. Sanchez is currently involved in litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense and general litigation defense.

Ms. Sanchezis a member of the American Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association,and National Association of Professional Women.She is involved in her church and volunteers her time at His House Children's Home.
