Biography:

With more than 16 years of experience providing legal counsel to municipalities, corporations, business entities and individuals, Mr. Estrada has developed strong litigation and negotiation skills in workerâ??s compensation, insurance, civil litigation, and appellate practice, representing corporations and individuals. Throughout his career, he has represented self-insured entities, such as corporations and municipalities, using his strong trial and negotiation skills to the advantage of his clients. He has comprehensive experience in worker's compensation and considerable trial and appellate experience, including: insurance defense matters and in the Florida Appellate Courts for oral argument.

These skills have been acquired through years of:

Developing and implementing litigation, discovery, settlement and trial strategies.

Advising institutional clients on how to improve policies and procedures, to adapt to legislative changes; and develop strategies to reduce litigation.
