John McClure, in addition to being the firm's administrative partner, handles a variety of insurance and other defense matters, including medical malpractice, products liability and commercial litigation. He was born in Port Chester, New York in 1946. McClure received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1972 and his law degree from the University of Miami in 1977. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977, Mr. McClure is also admitted to the Trial Bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States Courts of Appeal for the 5th and 11th Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. McClure is certified by the Florida Department of Insurance as a Health Care Risk Manager. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Practice by the Florida Bar and AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.  He is a former director of the Dade County Bar Association and a member of  the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Florida Defense Bar Association, the Dade County Defense Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
