Biography:
Claire Bader was born in Brooklyn, New York. She attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations in 2011. During her years at UCF, Claire was an active member of the Chi Omega sorority. After completing her undergraduate studies at UCF, Claire attended St. Thomas University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2016. While attending St. Thomas University School of Law, Claire served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017, Claire started her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office. During her time as a Public Defender, Claire represented individuals in both Misdemeanor County Court and Circuit Felony Court. In 2018 Claire was presented with the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (BACDL) Hat Trick Award for three consecutive not guilty verdicts. After her time with the Public Defender’s Office, Claire represented individuals in Labor and Employment matters.
Utilizing the tools that she developed over her years of practice, Claire now specializes in representing Employer’s and Carriers in Workers’ Compensation matters. Drawing on her years of experience, Claire brings unique insight to the team at Angones, McClure & Garcia, P.A.
