The majority of matters handled by the firm involve the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims.  The firm represents insured individuals, insured and self-insured companies, as well as about a dozen insurance carriers in cases as varied as motor vehicle accidents, premises liability suits, both homeowner and commercial, product liability, sexual abuse and harassment and virtually all other manner of personal injury claims.  The firm also regularly defends negligence lawsuits alleging lack of security at schools, supermarkets, shopping centers, hotels and residential complexes. Our practice includes the representation of clients in litigation dealing with sports and entertainment events, since we represent several companies that insure such venues as Dolphins Stadium, the Office Depot Center,  the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Homestead Motorsports Complex, the Palm Beach Kennel Club and sports organizations such as the Florida Marlins and Miami Heat.
