The firm has represented a variety of companies and individuals in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, real estate commission disputes, medical anti-trust issues, non-compete clauses, business torts and construction litigation.
After Hurricane Andrew devastated south Florida in 1992, the firm very successfully represented several major commercial and residential property insurers in subrogation claims to recover millions of dollars in losses from local developers and builders whose projects suffered more damage than they should have as a result of defective construction and building code violations.
